I tried your last suggestion. The name was on the blocked caller list, but there was no check mark, as if this caller was blocked. But I did put check marks, so the next time this person tries to call, we'll see how this goes. Thank you so much for your quick response.

There is no option like the one you mentioned in the menu. I powered down, and powered back up. Still doesn't work

I accidently blocked a friend, then unblocked the friend. Now when he calls, the phone doesn't ring, just goes to voice mail directly. I deleted him as a contact and re-entered him as a contact, still the same results. Any suggestions?
