I'm also looking for rumoured release dates for S5 and according to most sources it could be mid of may. considering that you havent bought note 3 yet, waiting for s5 would be totally worth it as is already february now.

I agree that the phone screen sizes are getting ridiculously big, but on the other hand people need big screen that can fit into the pocket so they can experience original content the way they were meant to be consumed. I guess we'll just have to wait until we have a foldable flexible display...
