If it means anything, I played with one in a GameStop for about 30 minutes and had no issues with it at all... these issues seem pretty drastic and made up if you ask me... but I don't know.

Try calling your local GameStops in the area. Not all of them carry them, but I found out the one closest to me carries Tablets. Sadly, they are only getting pre-orders in on the 23rd and they are full ATM, but there was an Transformer Prime on display to play around with. Was quite cool!

I just pre-ordered from Amazon from those links (32 GB Champagne Gold), and it says delivery estimate 1/24/12 - 2/7/12... I really hope they are doing that to be safe... I just want one of these now... I'm trying to give you my money!
