The answer is that the supplied charger puts out 1.0 amps, but tablets this size need at least 2.4 amps. It would seem that as long as the tablet is powered on, it uses too much to allow for a full charge, so for a full charge with the 1.0 amp charger, turn your tablet off completely while...
