Samsung is recalling the Galaxy Note 7 worldwide over battery problem - Sep. 2, 2016 I know we are all S7 Active users but seems we are not the only ones feeling the slip in Samsung's quality control.

If you want a perfect look (no bubbles) spend the $30 or so and have AT&T do it. If you just want it protected and doesn't need to be perfect just get the 2 for $8 deals on Amazon. I went the Amazon route and mine does have a few small air bubbles but save money and have a back up.

Totally a design flaw! Get as many images of phones that this occurred on as you can and send them to Samsung, even better send them to Mike Gikas (mgikas@consumer.org) of Consumer Reports. He has written multiple articles about the S7Active and can bring attention to the issue. If you can show...

100% AGREE... it's not a dream, it's exactly what should be done. This is the action taken by a company that advocates for their customers. That puts customers first.

The issue with that um "logic" is if the phone does get wet on day 366 you may be SOL. Samsung is saying the exact opposite of what you stated. Samsung is saying "If it is not broke, break it, within 365 days or live with the result". Let's try it this way... Looks like you have a nice truck...

I couldn't agree more. Samsung should ID all defective units and offer replacements. Period! If they can't ID the units (which would be a significant issue in and of itself) then all unites manufactured prior to the fix should be offered to be replaced. My time is valuable. I don't get paid...

Most homes have deductibles that are probably around $1,000. Never looked to check what my policy has. Also I don't think breakage is covered, stuff like fire and theft is though.
