When I click on the inbox message notification in my drop down bar on the top of my phone screen, it closes the drop down bar and returns to the main screen. I have to open Facebook and read messages thru there. Any solutions? Thanks in advance Posted via Android Central App

There is no notification on the top bar. But there is the orange "1" notification on the green text message icon at the bottom of my screen. I saw the message come in, but when I look in my inbox its not there, nor when I search for the message title is it there how can I make the notification...

I've read reviews on Verizon's support and protect app something or other and it seems a battery drainer. To be concise, to remove it I need to alter its status as device admin. Where can I get to the device admin menu? I've looked in settings everywhere . thanks Posted via Android Central App
