Thank you for getting back with me and no it's a totally different Sim cars that my sister put in it and accidentally locked it up and I was really wanting to use it and I know that I was going to have to update the firmware and if I do that do you think it would take off the puk??

I have a maimeite note 30 plus and it's puk2 locked 9 more times to go and I don't have anyway to get in touch with the provider can anyone please help me!
