I had the same problem, eventually bought an after market one, it was awful, very dim with poor colours. So I bought a second hand phone from eBay, I intend to swap the screen with my own, but the phone is in such good condition, I'm just leaving it as is. It's a Chinese phone, but it works...

Yep, I have noticed this, it only happens with web browsers on auto brightness, probably a battery saving thing😕

I just got my phone this week, and this update was waiting to be installed, so I have been using this from the get go, haven't had any problems with it, so I would just download and have fun ☺️

Sounds like the glue hasn't fully cured yet. I've read about this on lots of phones (although never any of mine) it should resolve it's self in time!
