    Download free program called recuva for your computer, my wife erased every thing on mine on accident, was able to get most everything back.

    Mine said update was interrupted. Phone is showing version 5.0 and att update says I have current update.

    I don't think I will ever buy another active series phone as long as they are only att exclusive , not enough aftermarket made for them.

    help froze during update

    Had to have it flashed back to stock, lost everything on it, but had it backed up so no loss. Not sure if I will attempt a lollipop update again anytime soon.

    I spent almost two hours with Samsung support and was told either to send it in or take it into best buy. Looks like I will be headed to best buy tomorrow.

    I left my tablet to update while at work and it froze at 14% . I am getting error on my computer that device is not supported by kies 3. And screen on tablet says firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again

    Mine I left to update hooked up to pc running kies while at work and it froze at 14%. Now I am trying to get it to do a recovery because I have an error screen stuck on tablet.
