I have no problem with either. I use Nova Launcher, Light Flow, and Missed It! together and get all notifications perfectly. I've heard that Hangouts was having problems with Unread counts but mine is working just fine. Good luck!

First things first, I'd begin with a "Restart". If that doesn't help, clear the "Cache". If that doesn't help, you may actually have a bad unit. I'd let the techies take it form there. Good luck!

I have mine set for 10 minutes but every now and then thephone resets the screen time out to 2 seconds. I wipe my cache pretty consistently and it still happens.

I'm still looking for a World Clock with a much more customizable widget. I want one time zone in a 4x2 widget that I can mess around with the background, font, color, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I use Widget Locker which provides a lock screen that you can put widgets on (makes sense). I use one of the widgets from "Sticky!" and edit it as I go.
