Make sure the backup is on Google, and use that to transfer. Apps will be re-downloaded from the play store. Pictures, files etc. will come from Google.

I've been seeing that for a while on updates. It's generalized as the app developers want to make sure there software is ready or will fix issues on upgraded devices. Not gaining hope Posted via the Android Central App

Ok... This is a joke now. I can understand getting bugs out... But how can you when Motorola (Lenovo) is taking forever to roll out the soak TEST. My former Galaxy S5 that my mother inherited from me just got the official Lollipop update too yet this newer device (Droid Turbo) is STILL not even...
