Pretty sure that the policy with exchanging a phone for the exact same model is a wholly different policy from the one where you exchange for a different phone w/ a restocking fee.

If I "rent" a Rezound with the plan to do the $35 exchange when G-Nex comes out, will I still be able to do the exchange if G-Nex ends up being a web only sale? If so, how would the exchange work if I couldn't just walk into a store and swap phones?
