im thinking its this stupid bell crap thats on my phone, ive deleted those useless networks bellwifi and the 5099251212 from the WPA supplicant.conf file and they keep coming back.

this is not the verizon garbage im seeing all over the internet, im on a Wind Mobile version of the note 2 every time i toggle wifi from the menu to on, this garbage pops up and it kicks me out of ingress (i loose my gps connection) ive already unchecked notify me of wifi networks

only reason to reboot mine was to install jelly bean.
