Yes I did that. APN Setting looks fine. sometimes I get the below error restricted access changed voice service is blocked. Am I missing something here?

Tried APN settings too not working...do I need to try any other things? This mobile was orignially with AT&T...factory unlocked and then I was using for T mobile. Does it give you any other lead?
