With kingroot u can get root access but u won't be able to install custom roms. My advice is google search "root galaxy s3" u can also includr the android version on it to get easy answers. S3 is not that difficult to root and install custom recovery.

How did you delete google settings? Well maybe you should try formatting your phone. Or re-flashing the stock os again.

Well.. I had similar problem with Xperia z2. I think what u should do is to manually send those image files via Bluetooth from your galaxy s3 internal storage. Instead of moving them to sdcard. With that u will be able to view your pictures.
