    I FOUND THE FIX. It had nothing to do with blue light schedule (like I originally said, js) It was a glitch with the oreo update where it turns on night mode but you cant turn it off. Here's the fix incase anyone else needs it...

    "It's not the scheduled blue light filter, that's not on." Thanks for the answers I guess but it's still not that.
