It's not. I was running 4G hotspots at remote events all the time until they nuked FoxFi. Now I can only USB tether, but it's still not throttled.

How lenient is Samsung on giving full value for trade? There's a lot of s8+s out there with small chips in the screen in the $200-$250 range. I might pick one up if it's relatively safe to get a full $400 in trade.

Does anyone know what the "accessories bundle" is that Costco is typically offering with phones now? I know last time I bought, I got a car dock, extra battery, some cheap plastic screen protectors, and a home dock. Hoping that they are still similarly generous with their upper end devices.
