I wouldn't know how to root anything. Don't even know what it means. I don't know whether to ask for a new unit or wait for 5.1.1 to see if that loads and fixes the problem.

Tried at least 8 times to load 5.0.2 Keep getting little green man error message. Tried wiping cached data a couple of times and still get the dead green man. I surrender.

Received 5.0.2 notification. Asked for download and restart. Asked for install and received little green man with ERROR sign. No explanation. My settings shows 5.0.1 and "You Are Up-To-Date".. Very professional. I guess no update for moi.

I received notice that 5.0.2 was available for my Nexus 9. I selected "download" and soon got an error message. Just the Google man with Error. It never loaded, my settings still shows 5.0.1, and when I hit check for updates", it says I am up to date. So, I guess that's that. What a mess.

No CITIBANK or JETBLUE apps for my tablet yet, among other big names. Any hope for these?
