    It is full stock rom flash for Cricket Samsung Galaxy S4. sgh-i337z. I've only found it @ www.rwilco12.com unfortunately the bootloader tar file is damaged within the zip. Without sounding desperate . . . I'm desperately seeking a full working copy of that file. Thanks folks!

    There are are several ways of doing that. I found them best way for me was root your device. (I used KingRoot) install a custom recovery such as TWRP. I then flashed the Sky Fall rom from xda-developers site. Now I'm a hotspot.

    Before I even had a clue about this business with recovery, root etc. I did root my other GS4. Both are Cricket and I was attempting to swap out tethering provisions file in / system/apps. Well I couldn't get it to go and hit the install on the apk and all heck broke out. The device rebooted...
