My T999 has the same problem. After a couple months of the random reboots, it now won't stay powered for more than 5 or 6 seconds. It doesn't matter if I do a normal boot, a recovery boot, or a download mode boot. It always cuts power after 5 seconds or so (so I can't get beyond the Samsung...
