Sprint LTE is still new and they are expanding their new LTE network. To my knowledge and I may be wrong so if I am please correct me their service before wasn't technically LTE. 4G maybe but not LTE. Again, I was a Verizon customer, now AT&T so I am not sure but the HTC One does have 4G LTE...

While I agree with what you say, I still think that its a huge pain in the A$$ and there is always that chance the HTC will come back and say "Well on our site it says only AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint."
