Had the same problem but with Galaxy S7. After about 10 minutes of screen watching my eyes and head started to hurt. Really liked the phone but because of pain caused by PWM screen flickering, had to swap it with Huawei Mate 10 which has IPS LCD. No more eye or headache since then.
