    Thanks for your feedback, the fact that the update was for the scanner, must mean that they have recognised there is a problem with it. It'll be interesting to see if anyone else is facing the same issue as myself!

    SOLVED - I noticed yesterday that the first time I plugged it in there was a headphone software update, so I rebooted the phone just now, and all is well! Thanks to those who replied, hopefully this post might be helpful to anyone with a similar problem [emoji6]

    I have a regular set of headphones, and USB dongle that I use on my one plus 7 Pro, I tried to use them and there was no sound what so ever! Looks like I'll have to return them [emoji849]

    Is there a software update for the Galaxy NotePro 12.2?

    What processor does your note 12.2 have? I have the Samsung Exynos*5420*SoC*processor*which believe isn't as good as the snapdragon.

    Better be coming soon as I think the 12.2 could do with a performance boost! It feels a bit slow compared to my note 4!
