I don't think it's likely. Google really swears by their "Nexus" design. However, that would be great news for me. I've been thinking about if I wanted to get the next nexus phone but I didn't want to give up my galaxy s3's extended 7,000 mAh battery.

True, it just made me think of Crocs because of all the similar colors haha. Dots candy could probably work too. I honestly think though that Jony Ive was chilling in a pair of crocs when he thought of this case design.

I love how it's one of the least expensive tablets and it just blows the rest out of the water. The only thing that I would like is a split-screen feature similar to TouchWiz...but it's still great.

Exactly, also like someone said on the first page about the 7500 mah battery on the S4. I use an S3 with a 7000 mah battery, I don't mind the thickness but it would be near impossible to kill it in one day and it usually lasts me around 3 days of moderate use. OP mentioned carrying a powerbank...

Isn't the screen and design awesome? I'm surprised some reviewers were saying they like the first gen nexus 7 back better than the new one. I think it feels amazing.
