Stores are great to have around for the people who can't figure out how to setup their own phones.......and iPhone users. I can't stand going into Sprint stores, but had to be done today.

Gaithersburg, MD. Went to Sprint store and had the replacements. Switch was fairly easy despite not having the "brightest" help. I asked if I could switch colors from the blue to the black and she said not without a restocking fee. I tried a second time and she still said no. I doubt this...

Well I guess that's a sign of progress. In their Recall it does say that we can get a replacement Note 7. So it doesn't sound like they have an issue with the "revamped" models.

If I'm not mistaken, the blue arrow navigation is Google's Nav. And as Phil stated the EVOLTE includes Google Maps (and would have that Nav).

But if you do have an issue you have to turn in your phone for a long long time. My Evo 4G stopped charging, BB had the phone for a month and a half while they 'lent' me a beat up LG Optimus.
