I do have that problem and have posted to the Android list where several individuals have been posting bug reports to be analyzed because they have same problem at different battery levels.

Has anyone figured out the combination to getting sleep mode to work and stay silent yet ring when a starred contact calls? Attached is my settings but it is not working properly. I have also looked at downtime but then it appears to conflict and my phone dings on all emails. Hopefully...
