I only have removed apps on mine (included a pic) It is my understanding, from what i have read, that you have to remove one or the other (or both) to have this come up. He also says he isnt removing any apps either. So idk

What does this mean? I know what removed apps is but what user account was removed? Google, a phone user account.... Something else? This has been going on my husbands phone for months and i cant get a strait answer, so i figured i would ask here. He says he isn't removing any accounts...
