No ROM yet, rooting is pretty much worthless right now unless you want to use root explorer or something, there is no recovery as of yet do please be careful! Also, from experience do not install beats audio on that phone, it breaks all audio and causes network conflicts, mine finally wound up...

It sounds like an apn issue. You can look up the apn settings on google for your phone and then use an editor to fix it, or get into the built in one by using voice dialer and saying "apn settings". Put in the information google gives you for each line and click save, it should work then. Thus...
