I'm doing the same. This is my first foldable device. I hadn't been that interested before, but I like how they've done this now.

I got the email that they received my trade-in on Saturday. I haven't heard anything since. I got a video of the device and its condition.

My trade-in was delivered today. However, I haven't heard anything from Samsung, so I think it's because it's Saturday.

I remember having issues with previous Pixel phones, which improved as updates came. The Pixel 8 Pro was ok from the start but got excellent after updates. The Pixel 9 Pro is flawless and may be better than my S24 Ultra. Strangely, my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet has a very inconsistent FPS...

My 9 Pro XL and case are out for delivery. It was estimated for delivery between 9 - 11 AM, but now it's pushed back to before 8:00 PM. Fingers crossed it comes today.

Face unlock is convenient, but from my understanding; it's not as secure on Android as it is on an iPhone.

I also have a tracking number, but FedEx hasn't picked it up. I may go the Best Buy route the next time. I'm tired of dealing with FedEx with expensive stuff. I used Best Buy years ago and never had an issue, I just didn't want them setting up or unboxing my phone. I may use them next time...
