every time this has happened to me it was on carriers end. call your carrier first and have them check their end before factory resetting.

they had an update a couple weeks ago that caused issues with some messages not going through in certain network conditions, its all sorted now. i use it also, and i agree, it is the only good app i have ever seen from verizon.

galaxy s7 is equipped for wireless charging, i have them all over. i have used the charging pad in the chevy truck and it is very finicky, there is something not right about it. try it with the case off, at least that will tell you if it works, but is just weak.

i would call it a start. but seriously, this is the most bloated phone i have ever had.

kitkat was the best on battery life, downhill from there on.

i personally didn't care for the marshmallow on the turbo, whether from cm13 or this new official update. in fact i think marshmallow is fundamentally flawed on any handset, reminds me of windows vista or windows 8. i went back to android N 7.1.1, using the crDroid version on my turbo.

verizon message+ , seriously. i know it sounds strange that verizon has a good app. and if you are on verizon it also backs up your messages and you can also use it on your computer.

if you want to see how deep the rabbit hole goes, check the droid turbo and moto maxx sections on XDA, then say goodbye to your free time.

running it now, its a worthy upgrade. not sure if its better than the 7.1 crdroid version i was running. i wouldn't take the OTA unless your bootloader is unlocked, this will most likely be the last feature update for this phone and you will be stuck with it.
