    Oh yeah... I've gone ahead and done factory resets through the OS and through Recovery Mode... no dice either way. It boots back up and the line is there. Arg.

    Thanks Mike. I spoke w/ some Sprint chat person and they said I could swing by a local Corp store to take care of it. I went ahead and setup an appointment for 11AM this morning to hopefully swap it out at the store. I don't want to have to wait for all this shipping crap.
