    I did this before. Now, I changed my SIM card and placed into my LG K51 phone and I got the same message. I have to call the carrier. Thank you so much. Kuwait. No it's a different number. I have to visit or call Ooredoo service to check this. Thank you.

    No. On my phone. HTC U11+, Ooredoo. I don't think it's the carrier' voicemail. I saw a video showing these short codes. So, I tried it on my phone and this strange number show up!! I tried to erase it but I can't??!

    I bought a phone form ebay seller and I found it locked for using outside US. I hear, if I root it the network will accept any SIM card. Is that correct? If yes, what Software/program I can use to root it?
