Posting a picture of your battery usage would provide more insight into your problem. Android system will ALWAYS run in the background on your phone, and will be one of your largest battery drainers if you don't use your phone much. Excessive battery drain could be symptomatic of installed apps...

it would be helpful if you posted your Rom, whether you're running ICS or not, things of that nature. Imbedded flash videos don't work by default on CM7 based roms or on ICS... If you get a third part browser with flash, it should work fine regardless, I.e. opera, photon, etc.

Well, my main concerns are the open keyboard files, music files, game roms, and two paid and now unavailable market apps. If mybackup can cover that, thank you much. I do already have astro pro, but have never made a backup. I don't know how they compare either. I'll have to look into it.
