I'm on bamf 3.0 and life is better than my wife's stock TB. It all depends on the kernal and how much you use the device. Member these phones are like mini laptops and the best life out of my dell is 3 hrs without a cord so IMO anything more is not worth complaining about.

I ALWAYS wipe everything. PS fix permissions took care of shootme superuser issues for me. I'm down to a 20 min reset after a full wipe. I have read that some just wipe davlik when going from rom ABC 1.0 to ABC 2.0 it didn't work for me whatsoever tho. I'm convinced when something goes wrong...

One thing i noticed from the forums is that some people have problems that others dont. It seems like it may be phone to phone related. any thoughs? I updated to RC 4.9, and this rom is much smoother from RC 4. However speed dial 2 still does not work. Are there any mods for these issues...

Agree, agree! Rosie mod would be nice. I also like the font change option in the tool kit. Also with this rom much better battery and seemingly no 3g lag, Pandora had lag between songs on preview 4.

I've been running bamf 3.0 RC2 with RC2.5 and battery life is significantly better. Also Pandora is much smoother to load between songs. Yesterday was down to 50% by 9pm including 2 hrs of Pandora while cutting the grass.

Is a mod an add on to the rom like a flashable patch. Or are they loaded in with each release of the rom?

I use rom manager to backup the rom before flashing. And titanium backup to backup apps. Ringtones I think are on the SD card. I don't change those much.

I'm running bamf preview 4 and didn't wipe when I went to mr2.5 and didn't have any problems.

How is this release working with mr2.5 radio? Anyone try it?
