I have sdk installed on my Mac I've just placed the stock image in to sdk/platform tools folder making sure that fast boot file is in there too, it went smooth

U will loose everything just by unlocking the boot loader which is a first step if u want to attempt rooting

Yes it does! They've made first batch of cases which didn't have the cut out for noise canceling mic also the cut out for charger was to small I had one of those I did complain to them and they said that it was the old badly designed batch they sent me a new one which is the best case I ever had!

Its tricky I have UK galaxy nexus but when I went to Spain I couldn't download UK content you will have to fiddle with IP so you are seen by server as in different location that you actually are but I'm not sure how to do it....
