The factory reset has seemed to have fixed it and have decided not to throw it against the wall any more. I've also switched to Apex for the moment and all seems wonderful. Thanks heaps for your help and suggestions

I'm suffering the same problems. How do I know if I have the sprint version (maybe a dumb question) and how do I do a factory reset. I'm in Australia.
