For whatever reason, changing a security setting to non-secure in POP made it begin syncing. If it breaks again, I will change it to the IMAP as I have on the other email. Thank you to both for the help.

It is a cox account and that apparently comes up as an IMAP account. It works perfect on my S3. The second account is listed as a POP account, this is the one not doing it.

Have a S5, I also have Outlook 2013. I want to delete messages in Outlook and have it automatically delete the messages in my phone at the same time. Is this possible? To be clear, I have messages on my phone that were downloaded when I checked my email. I wish to open Outlook, delete emails...
