    Play Store keeps crashing for one user, but not the other

    - Open Application manager - Go to the "all" tab - scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see download manager is disabled. -Ope and enable. Hope this helps!!!

    download app: cannot open file

    Can you open the file via the file Manager. Im having the same issue from my company site and DOC files. If i open via downloader, i get "Cannot Open file" If I open via File Manager, it works fine.
