Does this phone support UMTS I 2100? I can't find a clear info on this on T - mobile site They have UMTS 1700/2100/AWS so It looks to me that they are reffering to band IV frequencies 1700/2100 (AWS) . Phonearena specs include UMTS 2100. Does anyone know for sure?

This is the second reply I got from HTC, they didn't give me an answer and I assume because G2 price in the US is lower than the EU version HTC Desire Z so maybe they don't want people buying these devices to use them in Europe or ME

I am still looking for an answer for this, I will be using my phone in the Middle East where most networks use UMTS I 2100 coupled with 1900. On HTC website is not clear, on T mobile webiste they said it's UMTS band IV which is the AWS band and not the European band ( 2100 coupled with 1700)...

Will the G2 be able to run the 2.3 ? I read that the min is 1 GHz processor. Will over-clocking satisfy this requirement or no need for that?
