Hi I had Exactly the same problem but I found solution. I just put Heat Lamp Light on Back my Nexus for around 10 min. And when battery heating up just press start button and voalla ! Everything get back to normal. Hope I helped ;) ps. If you dont have heat lamp just put ur nexus to any source...
