When I bought this phone, company promised it will provide Lollipop update, but still waiting for it. I haven't rooted my phone for that purpose. Posted via the Android Central App

Re: Need help! (lava iris x8) I had same problem I installed Avira antivirus, it found malware which was causing problem and uninstalled it. Believe me it really works. You cant find that malware in application manager. Posted via the Android Central App
