Thanks for the quick reply. That's unfortunate. I was really hoping to have BBM working on my tablet. Tried the leak but it needs a wireless connection. I thought anything would be possible with a rooted device. I guess not.

Is there a way you can fake/trick apps that require a wireless network into thinking your non LTE Nexus 7 has a sim card when it actually doesn't. Some apps require a connection to the wireless network in order to work. Is there a way bypass that? Thanks in advance.
