The thing is, this "small batch" of samsung phones was never acknowledge by samsung and even if they replace your unit you are not guaranteed to have the problem solved. I think that it's not acceptable with an expensive premium phone.

This is an old problem. It's the SAME the Samsung Galaxy S3 had. I've ruined multiple sd cards from all brands that used to work fine with others devices for years. It's clearly a hardware problem that they couldn't fix. it has nothing to do with marshmallow or a bad card tray. If you don't...
