hi, i have sg4 for while now currently on 3 network(ireland). I was able to use it normally but now its showing the full signal bar,but When I pull the notification bar down I see a Emergency calls only though I have full signal,so i cant make outgoing calls,cant receive msg/calls. I've tried...
