what phone are you using? Doesnt using all those widgets slow your phone? Im not sure my phones task manager can keep up sometimes

Can anyone recommend me an app that can put my applications in a folder? But not from the homescreen. For when i press my app button. I have downloaded quite a few and its getting to be a hassle scrolling to find some of them. Thanks in advance!!!
