I am trying to put an HD 720p mp4 on my Galaxy S3, but for some reason windows tells me to convert it or it wont play right. I thought the s3 could play HD mp4 videos, but instead I have to convert it and the quality is lost. If I don't convert it, the phone will simply tell me it can't play it...

I figured out the problem. I have two usernames. When people add me by phone # it sends snaps to my old username and other people have my new username.

So I have a Galaxy S3 and snapchat used to work fine. Now whenever I get a new snap it doesn't show up. I get a notification and when I go to the app there is no snap. I drag down the screen to reload and nothing comes up. It sucks because I can send snaps but the ones sent to me don't show up...
