So I just left the Verizon store and we plugged my Galaxy Note 2 into their computer with their USB cord and nothing. One of the Verizon guys had a galaxy Note 2 also and they plugged it in and nothing too. They grabbed an S3 and plugged it in with the same cable and VOILA! it immediately...
