Just dropped my two- week old htc one in the pool yesterday. pretty devastated to say the least. in any case, i have looked for water damage indicators as well to see if i can cover them up and get a replacement from AT&T (risky, i know). any words of wisdom from other unfortunate HTC One users? :-\
