what is difference to make hdr10+ video in 3840×2160 and hdr10+ video in 1920×1080?

HDR10+ option is already enabled but the issue is when i try to make video with rear camera there is no written "HDR10+ ON" on the camera screen even there is no any hdr10+ effects means there is no difference between hdr10+ video n normal video while i make video with front cam there is written...
