    From the US it is as simply as popping in the sim. You might want to do a restart, but it should work just fine.

    Ordered from HTC with promo code, Unlocked, Carbon Gray, Carrier will be AT&T. Will use 32Gb SD card with adaptable storage as I don't need more than that. Can wait for shipment! Will replace Nexus 6P as it is just to large for me.

    home button long press delay

    Would so love for a way to make it shorter or even have double press activate it. The stock way is way to long and is not inviting to use. Takes way too long!!
